Dr. Kathryn Ritchie Recognized as a Top 50 Woman Leader in Business Consulting by The Women We Admire

Ignition Institute is proud to announce that our Founder and CEO, Dr. Kathryn Ritchie, has been named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Business Consulting and Services for 2024 by The Women We Admire. The list recognizes exceptional leaders who provide essential guidance and services that drive growth and prosperity across diverse sectors.

Known for her work in strategy, execution, and culture change, Dr. Ritchie is praised by clients for her unique ability to “ignite” management teams and quickly move strategy into execution. According to entrepreneur Kevin Baird, Dr. Ritchie and her team have an ability to ask the right questions and connect with people that creates “emotional resonance linked with the intellectual resonance” he has never found before.

Dr. Ritchie’s approach is marked by both “substance and speed”. She works with the “whole system,” using a rapid interview method to help clients achieve three hallmarks: clarity, cohesion, and discipline, which in turn builds in-house leader capability. She believes that the solution must come from leaders and their teams because only then will they truly own it and execute on it. This client-centric approach, which sees Ignition Institute act as a facilitator and educator rather than just a consultant, helps organizations get to the root cause of issues, enhance performance, and eliminate waste.
