​A fast growth Tech company had experienced hypergrowth as first mover in the B2C space, but new entrants had slowed their growth. Ignition Institute led a multi-year engagement to clarify their strategy, coach a leadership group and bring heightened cohesion to the team. By using core competencies to develop a B2B proposition, the company went from behind the 8 ball to reach a successful 4x exit.​​

Across multiple owners and 6 years, Ignition worked with a portable sanitation services company to get their organization clear regarding strategy, that took them to being a national site services company, aligned and ready for sale. A culture survey uncovered a need for deeper cohesion. Ignition convened the gamut of leadership, from in-the-field leaders through the C-Suite, to build leadership skills and team dynamics. By taking a very pragmatic approach to strategy development, Ignition reached just “enough” clarity, cohesion and discipline for them to move through two highly successful exits.
